Step 1

First of all, the French oak pork belly bought today is very beautiful, red and white

Wash the above ingredients (green onions, coriander, king oyster mushrooms, red peppers), then cut them into thin strips, dry the water and set aside.

Wash the pork belly with fine water, then gently blot it dry with kitchen paper.

Put the amount of oil that can moisten the pan (because the pork belly will be oily during this period), fry the green onions until fragrant, and then add the pork belly slices, my frying pan is relatively small, so I can only put 3 pieces at a time.

Step 5

Set aside all fried pork belly to control the oil. Then there is already a lot of oil in the pot, fry the king oyster mushrooms over medium heat until fragrant, remove them after 30 seconds, and remove the red peppers for 10 seconds. Finally, roll the king oyster mushrooms, red peppers, and coriander with pork belly, insert a toothpick from the middle and fix it on a plate, and sprinkle with shredded ginger.

Step 6

After serving, prepare the sauce, leave the bottom oil in the pot, add 5 grams of sesame sesame oil, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of sugar and a little salt, add the cut two spicy segments of millet, sauté until fragrant, add a small bowl of starch water, turn off the heat and pour evenly.
