How to cook dry pot dishes

Step 1

Remove the head of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, wash it and set aside

Step 2

Broccoli is soaked in salt water for ten minutes, then washed and cut into florets. Remove the enoki mushrooms, wash them clean, and break the florets

Step 3

Peel the lotus root and carrots, wash and slice

Step 4

Then come the box of fat beef rolls

Cut the dried chili peppers, wash the green onions and cut them into sections, cut the garlic into foam, cut the ginger into small pieces, and then add some peppercorns for later use.
