Cranberry whole wheat bread

Make some cranberry bread at home during the National Day, this cranberry bread tastes very soft, plus the sweet and sour taste of cranberry plum. Cranberry bread is made with whole wheat high-gluten flour, which is coarse but nutritious.

Preparation of cranberry whole grain bread

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients 3 g salt, 5 g milk powder, 3 g yeast, 15 g butter, 60 g cranberries, 2 g aluminum-free baking powder.

Step 2

1× Crack the eggs into a bowl, put 170 grams of warm milk in another bowl, and stir 3 grams of yeast into the warm milk.

Step 3

Put 250 grams of whole wheat flour into the kneading machine, add eggs, milk yeast water, 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder, and 5 grams of milk powder. Add 60 grams of cranberries and stir roughly with chopsticks.

Step 4

Bread machine mixing in two parts, 15 minutes each, and when the dough is about to form during the first mixing, add 15 grams of butter. Stir the dough and put it in a warm place, and ferment it 2 times in a wind nest.

Step 5

Sprinkle a little whole wheat flour on the chopping board and arrange the fermented dough into a circle. Divide the dough into evenly divided into two equal parts.

Step 6

Each dough is laid out horizontally and rolled from top to bottom. The dough is arranged into long strips, thick in the middle and thin at both ends, covered with plastic wrap and fermented for more than 30 minutes.

Step 7

Strain a layer of whole wheat bread flour on the surface of the bread embryo that has been fermented for the second time, and slide four lines diagonally on each bread.

Step 8

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on the top tube and 200 degrees on the bottom tube for 5 minutes. Put the bread crust in the oven and bake at 180 degrees on the top tube and 200 degrees on the bottom for 25 minutes
