Preparation of corn ham and cheese bread
Step 1
(1) Milk type: Heat the milk to about 35°, add yeast and stir well, add eggs and stir well, sift into low powder and mix well, seal and let cool before use. (2) Milk seed + main dough other materials except butter, beat a coarse film at low grade, then add softened butter to make a glove film. (3) Ferment at 28°-30° for one hour.

Divide into equal parts, reunite, and roll out. I divided these ingredients into 16 pieces and made 16 loaves of bread the size of the picture.

8 ham sausages, cut in the middle, roll half a ham sausage into each dough.

Cut the scissors into ears of wheat, and do not cut off the bottom dough.

Brush the egg liquid (1 egg + 1 g salt + 2 g sugar, stir well and sift well)

Mozzarella cheese grated cheese + sweet corn kernels + salad dressing and mix well

Preheat the oven to 180°

Bake for about 20 minutes

Leave out of the oven to cool
