Chicken Tikka Masala (Indian Grilled Chicken Curry)
Chicken tikka masala translates to Indian roast chicken curry in Chinese, and can also be called chicken curry. It is one of the most classic curries in Indian cuisine. Masala means spice and tikka means grilled and refers to boneless grilled meat. There are dozens of recipes for this dish, but here is a relatively simple recipe that starts with chicken soaked in yogurt and Indian spices, then served with creamy tomato sauce, topped with fragrant rice and pita bread.

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons cumin rice, cinnamon, red pepper, black pepper, ginger, and 4 tablespoons salt. Stir with chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat a barbecue grill over high heat

Lightly sprinkle some oil on the grill stovetop, pass the skewer rod through the chicken, and toss the marinade made in the previous step over the chicken until the juices run through. Do this for five minutes on both sides of the chicken.

Spread the melted butter flat on a large saucepan over medium heat, sauté the garlic and pepper for a while, add two tablespoons of cumin powder and pepper, and 3 tablespoons of salt for seasoning. Stir in the tomato paste and cream and simmer until the sauce thickens, a process that takes about 20 minutes. Add the grilled chicken and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and pour onto a plate. Garnish with coriander at the end.
