Ingredients for cheese gratin

leftover rice Ham sausage
bell peppers Cucumber
carrot Green beans
onions Egg
Chives salt
Ground black pepper Mozzarella
ketchup mayonnaise

How to make cheese gratin

Step 1

Dice all ingredients and set aside

Step 2

Blanch the diced green beans and carrots in a pot

Step 3

Break the eggs and stir-fry in a pan and multiply them

Step 4

Heat the pan with cold oil, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant, add onions and diced bell peppers and stir-fry

Step 5

Add the ham, cucumber, diced carols and green beans and continue stir-frying

Step 6

Finally, add rice, salt and black pepper and stir-fry evenly

Step 7

Take out the pot and take it into a bowl

Step 8

Sprinkle with tomato sauce and mayonnaise

Step 9

Spread another layer of mozzarella cheese in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Step 10

The surface is golden and a little burnt
