How to make burritos
Step 1

Marinate the beef the night before. I used steak, and my friend can use beef tenderloin if he wants. The beef is cut into slices, not too big. Otherwise it’s brisket

Add salt, crushed black pepper, white pepper, black pepper, oil, cooking wine. Grasp well with clean little hands. If you have time, you can put it in the refrigerator to let it taste longer. If you don’t have time, marinate for 15 to 30 minutes

Heat the pan without oil. Bake the cake directly. But it can’t be long, otherwise the cake will be dry. When the cake is soft, take it out and set aside. Or put it in the microwave and let it sit for 30 seconds

Put oil or butter in a hot pan, the oil is hot/the butter is bubbling, pour the meat in. Stir-fry
