Breakfast with orange French toast
This toast has a strong orange aroma, and unlike ordinary toast with milk or whipped cream, I use almond soy milk, which is very healthy. Plus a seasonal pumpkin latte, it’s a pleasure. This recipe is for two.
How to make orange toast
Step 1
Beat four eggs in a bowl and beat well
Step 2
Rub in the orange zest of half an orange
Step 3
Squeeze the orange juice of half an orange into the egg mixture, add almond soy milk, salt, cinnamon powder, vanilla flavor, and stir well
Step 4
The bread turns three times in the egg mixture so that the egg mixture soaks the bread
Step 5
Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the bread in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Remove the bread and cut it in half diagonally
Step 6
Peel the orange and cut it crosswise. Stir into the salad and let the salad dip in the orange juice, as if it were a salad dressing. Forgot to take a picture of the salad
Step 7
Serving: Sprinkle a little icing on the toast and drizzle with maple syrup. Pour in a small cup of vanilla yogurt and then a large pumpkin latte (see my recipe: Winter Holiday Drink: Pumpkin Cafe Latte).
