Breakfast with cherry French toast
When I woke up in the morning, I found that the refrigerator had run out of food again. After searching for bread and eggs that could be used for breakfast, there were only some cherries left, and if you didn’t eat them, they would be bad. When you have an idea, let’s eat French toast. The focus of this toast is also on the use of ingredients without wasting anything. The following recipe is for two people

Step 1
First make the cherry sauce. Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits, divide into two parts.
Step 2
Put half of the cherries in a small pot, add caster sugar and orange juice, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium heat and boil the cherries until the juice is boiled.
Step 3
Put it in a juicer and stir slightly, not too melted. This step can be saved, directly filtering the juice from the pot through a sieve. But I like the sauce to be a little thicker
Step 4
Sift and pour the juice into the sauce cup
Step 5
The sifted cherry pomace is mixed with the cream cheese to make a cherry-flavored cheese
Step 6
This way the cherry sauce and cherry cheese are ready
Step 7
Beat four eggs, add milk, salt, caster sugar, and stir well
Step 8
Heat the pan with cold oil and dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture
Step 9
Put in a non-stick pan and fry on both sides until golden brown
Step 10
Once the bread is fried, remove a slice and spread with cherry cheese
Step 11
Cover the cheese-coated toast with a slice of toast, sprinkle the remaining half of the fresh cherries on the toast and pour over the cherry sauce
Step 12
Delicious cherry-filled French toast is ready
