Ingredients for Korean spicy cabbage

Korean spicy cabbage recipe

Step 1

Garlic pear apple, cut into cubes

Step 2

Cut the shallots into sections, cut the green onions into small pieces, I forgot to take pictures

Step 3

Glutinous rice is boiled into a paste

Step 4

Shrimp paste, rain and dew, glutinous rice paste, garlic, pear and apple are put into the juicer and crushed

Step 5

Rub the white radish and carrot into an appropriate amount of chili noodles, and pour in the squeezed juice to your own taste

Step 6

Stirred shredded radish

Step 7

Cabbage is soaked in light salt water overnight one night in advance, and the next day the water is controlled for later use

Step 8
