Step 1
Wash and control all kinds of vegetables, crab sticks, prawns, luncheon meat slices, and all kinds of mushrooms to wash and control water, I prepare all kinds of ingredients and put them in a small crisper box, so that if you don’t finish eating, you can put them in the crisper box directly.
Step 2
Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the shredded onion, then put the meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color, then add an appropriate amount of Korean kimchi (more vegetables, less leaves), continue to stir-fry for two or three minutes, then add a tablespoon of Korean miso sauce, stir-fry a few times and add water, the amount of water depends on the capacity of your hot pot, then add a tablespoon of Korean hot sauce, boil and turn off the heat, pour the soup into the hot pot.
Step 3
Open the hot pot, put the prawns, crab sticks, various mushrooms, vegetables, luncheon meat, and green onions (cut into oblique chopped green onions) into the pot and cover and cook until boiling. After boiling, control the fire, my induction cooker is the soup I chose.
