I like Korean food more, recently after watching the weightlifting goblin Kim Bok-joo, I was fascinated by Nam Joo-hyuk, watching the pancakes made in his variety show “Three Meals a Day”, I probably learned it a little, it wasn’t bad, and I remembered to write it after doing it, and I forgot to take a photo!

Ingredients for Korean pancakes

How to make Korean pancakes

Step 1

Cut the leeks into small pieces, the zucchini into thin strips, and the green onions into shreds, put them all in a basin

Step 2

Add flour and starch, 2:1 ratio, then add a small amount of cold water, stir and add an appropriate amount of salt

Step 3

Put oil in a pan, pour in the batter and spread it into a cake shape until golden brown

Step 4

Prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, add minced green onion, soy sauce, half a spoonful of honey, and two tablespoons of chili powder, and stir

Step 5

Pancakes are eaten with sauce
