I watched a TV series, my name is Kim Sam-soon, she secretly ate Korean bibimbap while losing weight, and I was greedy. I have to do it with my own hands to be worthy of myself who can’t go out. Hehe

Ingredients for Korean bibimbap

cooked rice2 bowls Egg2 pieces
Enoki mushroom1 pack Cucumber1 stick
carrot1 stick spinachAmount
Korean hot sauceAmount sesameAmount

Korean bibimbap recipe

Step 1

Steamed rice first! The rice must be steamed vigorously!

Step 2

Shred all kinds of vegetables. Spare. Except for shredded cucumber and shredded ham, blanch everything else in hot water! Drain, stir-fry in a wok, add salt, add seafood soy sauce.

Step 3

You can use onion rings, orange peel as tools, and place the pan omelettes! Remove when the egg whites turn white.

Step 4

Serve the rice, pour the fried vegetables on top, place the eggs in the middle, add Korean hot sauce, add black sesame seeds, and mix well!
