Korean pickled radish

Step 1

Wash the white radish, dice it, salt it, about 2-3 hours, the radish will soften, remove and control the water

Step 2

Prepare garlic, carrots, apples, pears, ginger, onions, leeks

Step 3

Peel the garlic and soak it in cold water so that the garlic flavor is stronger when eaten

Step 4

Squeeze the apples, pears, into a puree with a juicer and put them in a basin

Step 5

Divide the carrots into thin strips, use ginger and garlic, juicer, squeeze into foam, put them in apple puree, dice the onion, cut off the leeks, and set aside

Step 6

Put the salted radish into a basin

Step 7

Mix well with the green onions and leeks

Step 8

Add the appropriate kimchi chili noodles, sugar, and a small handful of shrimp skin

Step 9
