Sweet and sour pork ribs ~ banquet main course

This sweet and sour pork rib method was learned by my father and me, it doesn’t need to be fried, and the taste is more fragrant and healthier. Even mixing rice with juice is just as delicious.
How to make sweet and sour pork ribs
Step 1
Wash the ribs with water and rinse until white.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker and add green onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, bay leaves and white wine.

Blanch the washed ribs in boiling water.

Strain out the water and place in a pressure cooker

Cover and pressure cook for 8-10 minutes.

Scoop up the cooked pork ribs, remove the onion, ginger, garlic and ingredients.

Pour oil into a wok, add peppercorns, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Cooking tips for sweet and sour ribs
Cook the ribs in advance until they are 7 minutes cooked, and then cook over high heat until the soup is viscous, so that the ribs are not greasy and have a better taste. If you don’t use a volt cooker, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
