The method of old-fashioned cakes
Step 1
Put 100 grams of milk + 100 grams of butter in a small pot over low heat until the butter melts, turn off the heat.
Step 2
Pour butter and milk into the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well with a whisk.
Step 3
6 eggs, egg whites and whites should be separated. Put the egg yolks in the batter and mix well

Add a few drops of vanilla extract or lemon juice to the egg whites and beat the egg whites. Add caster sugar to whip in three times, and finally whip it as shown in the picture above, that is, pick up the whisk and the egg white has a hook (egg white whipping can be found online for tutorials)
Step 5
Then mix the egg yolk paste with the beaten egg white and mix well.
Step 6
Put grease paper in the mold, pour in the cake solution, and deflate a few times.
Step 7
(Baking by water bath method) The large mold is waterproof, and then the cake mold is placed. Bake in the oven, 150°C for 60 minutes (can be adjusted according to your own oven)
