This jambalaya is from “Yesterday’s Food”, and it is also Caicai’s favorite “lazy one-pot stew”. Throw the ingredients into the pot with the rice, you don’t even need to turn on the heat, you can do it with one click with a rice cooker, it is definitely a must-have for busy office workers!

Ingredients for jambalaya

The practice of jambalaya

Step 1

Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on both sides of the salmon and marinate for 10 minutes and set aside

Step 2

Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon mirin and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir well

Step 4

Step 6

Cooking tips for jambalaya

1. Fresh salmon can be replaced with canned tuna, burdock can be replaced with yam or carrot, maitake mushrooms can be replaced with oyster mushrooms and crab-flavored mushrooms, and no miraline can be added; 2. Peel the burdock with the back of a knife and cut it into small slices, mainly try not to soak it in water; 3. If you feel that the taste is not enough after cooking, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well while it is hot.
