How to steam lemon sea bass

Step 1

The sea bass is more than 2 pounds, relatively large, and the back is thick, so the back of the green onion is split and the abdomen is connected. Wash, gut it, add cooking wine and ginger, marinate for a while to remove the fishy smell.
