Thai cuisine: Coconut-flavored grilled chicken thighs are “accompanied” with barbecue dipping sauce ~ with sweet and sour sauce
Thai restaurants in the Magic City have recently grown barbatically, with per capita consumption of 100-200 yuan/person, and they have to wait in line. It seems to have a sweet and sour taste, fresh and spicy, and the mixed aroma of lemongrass, galangal, lemon, and coconut smells intoxicating and exotic. I guess the reason why the business is booming is because I am worried about the taste. Then I will share the taste of Thailand in my memory with everyone!

【Thai Dipping Sauce】Thai people’s love for seasoning dipping sauce is a bit of the epitome of Western food. Western food pays attention to different dishes with different seasonings and sauces, and so is Thai food. I had a meal in Chiang Mai and it came with 7 kinds of dipping sauces. One pork neck with 3 sauces. This is also the reason why it is delicious and delicious, with a variety of flavors. In Thailand, you use knives and forks for meals, and Chinese woks for cooking. A typical combination of Chinese and Western, fusion dishes. Thai food is actually very casual, whatever you put on it, stir-fry. Once you learn a few flavors, you can change the ingredients.
