How to make seaweed rice
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: rice, duck egg yolk, meat floss, ice shrimp, yellow radish, carrot, cucumber, ham sausage, sushi vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame seeds.
Step 2
Add sushi vinegar (or white vinegar + sugar), a little oyster sauce, and sesame seeds to the warm rice and stir well
Step 3
Carrot, cucumber and ham sausage cut into strips, ice shrimp shelled
Step 4
Lay out the seaweed, put the rice on top, and spread it three-quarters full with your hands (be careful not to flatten the rice too hard)
Step 5
Add the side dishes in order
Step 6
Roll up the seaweed and be sure to roll it tightly, this is the most important step.
Step 7
Finally, cut into 2cm pieces with a knife.
