Dried tofuHalf a sheet

How to make vegetable rolls

Step 1

Wash the cucumber and cut it into strips for later use.

Step 2

Wash and cut the carrots into strips and set aside.

Step 3

Wash the green onion and divide the large pieces of dry tofu into two.

Step 4

Spread the dried tofu flat on the chopping board and roll up the green onions, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, and coriander.

Step 5

The rolled vegetable rolls can be dipped in sauce, you can use egg sauce, meat sauce, chutney, I use egg sauce.
