India [Vegetarian Fried Sandwich]

Batter: Chickpea flour (gram flour)1 cup

salt1/2 teaspoon Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup waterIt can be increased or decreased as appropriate Filling:
Potatoes (about 150-180 g) are boiled and peeled1 piece Lime/lemon juice1-1 1/2 teaspoons
Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi1 pixel Cumin Powder (Jeera/Cumin)1/2 teaspoon
salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon
Indian allspice Garam Masala1/4 teaspoon

How to make a vegetarian fried sandwich

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients listed in the batter and let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Boil the potatoes with water for 2-5-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft, peel and crush.

Step 3

Add spices and salt and mix well and set aside.

Step 4

Heat a small half pot of cooking oil, take two pieces of bread, and spread green dipping sauce on one piece of bread.

Step 5

Spread a layer of potato filling and cover with another piece of bread. cut in half.

Step 6

Dip the sandwich in the chickpea batter and coat it with a layer of bean paste

Step 7

Fry on both sides in a pot until golden brown.

Step 8
