South Indian style curry potatoes

Curry potato recipe
Step 1
1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 3 potatoes (this time the potatoes are small), please reduce the amount of large potatoes! 1 green pepper, 3 coriander!

South Indian special seasoning: 10 curry leaves, 1 spoonful of mustard seeds, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 2-3 spoons of chicken masala.

A piece of ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, mix with a blender!
