A teacher who studied vegetarian cuisine before talked about the ingredient of red lentils, I was very curious, so I bought a bag, red lentils have their own fragrance, and they don’t need to be soaked, they can be made into bean rice, pasta sauce and vegetarian burgers! Step 1

Prepare the ingredients and rinse the red lentils.

Step 2

Cut the ingredients well.

Step 3

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the onion over low heat until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the red lentils and continue to stir-fry a few times, pour in hot water, add bay leaves, black pepper curry cubes, and shredded carrots and tomatoes!

Step 5

Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking the pan.

Step 6

Completed! Because I added black pepper and curry cubes, I didn’t add salt, friends with a stronger taste can add seasoning appropriately, I personally enjoy the original taste of the food~

Cooking tips for Indian red lentil soup

Put less water to boil pasta sauce! Add some coconut milk for an even better taste!
