Indian nut yogurt
Drinking milk regularly can boost children’s immunity, and yogurt is more intentional to help the body metabolize and clean up the garbage in the body through fermentation! So I often buy a lot at once, choose the brand and flavor my child likes, and stock up on fancy milk or various yogurts. The yogurt I make myself has no additives, and all the ingredients are so pure! It’s as smooth and simple as yogurt!

Step 1
Prepare yogurt cups, mushroom powder and milk. The one I use is the Leho A2 organic milk that my children like to drink. It’s also convenient to buy online, so I’ve been stocking up.

Pour in the mushroom powder! The yogurt cup must be clean and oil-free, and then scalded with boiling water before use.

Close the lid!
Step 6
The selection criteria are fine!
