How to make naan

Step 1

Yogurt in container.

Add yeast, salt, sugar, oil and water and mix well.

Add flour and stir well.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the plastic wrap, knead the dough for 1 minute, continue to cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1 and a half hours.

Step 6

Knead the dough once in the middle of fermentation (knead the dough for 1 minute), and finally ferment until it is twice the size of the original dough.

Step 7

Grease your hands, grease the chopping board, divide the dough into 7 equal parts, knead into a circle, cover with plastic wrap and let loose for 30 minutes.

Step 8

Prepare the garlic cloves and parsley, mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley.

Step 9

Put butter in a pan, heat until melted, add minced garlic, add salt and stir-fry well, add chopped parsley and mix well to make a spread.

Step 10

Press the dough on a baking sheet foil.

Step 11

Then turn the dough along the edges with your hands and spread the dough evenly.

Step 12

Place the dough in the shape of water droplets on a baking sheet foil.

Step 13

Place the baking sheet in the oven at 190 degrees and bake for 3-5 minutes.
