How to make a Mexican chicken roll
Step 1
Slice 350g chicken breast and cut into flavors. Add 1-2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
200g flour, add yeast, 1 tsp olive oil, 3g salt, 180ml water. Mix, knead. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for 20min.
Step 3
While waiting, shred the carrots and green peppers.
Step 4
Clean the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Cut the dough into 3 parts, add a little flour and roll out into a crepe.
Step 6
The most important step is here! In a pan, add a little olive oil and fry the chicken pieces over low heat until cooked. In the same way, fry the dough. Next, brush the tomato paste, spread the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and green peppers. Finally, add the chicken nuggets.
Step 7
Roll up the dough and press it with a bowl or plate, so that it is easy to shape.
