Ingredients for Mexican fried rice

How to make Mexican fried rice

Step 1

Cucumbers, tomatoes (choose firmer), lemon cut into small pieces

Step 2

bell peppers, onions all cut into strips

Step 3

Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken breasts for one minute on each side

Step 4

Pour in the onion and stir-fry

Step 5

Pour in bell peppers, stir-fry corn kernels, add two tablespoons of chili powder, one spoonful of cumin powder, stir-fry well and add three spoons of water

Stir-fry for a minute and pour in the rice, and if it is dry, add some water
