Super simple tacos

In “Please Refrigerator” EP14, at the request of G.O.D. captain Park Jun-hyung, chef Jung Chang-wook and chef Hong Seok-cheon had a “Mexican cuisine” showdown, and both chose to make “burritos”. Burrito is a very free food, in addition to the fixed crust and classic Mexican sour cream, the ingredients can be played freely, and it will be delicious if you basically follow the combination of [salty meat + spicy vegetarian + raw vegetarian]. Today’s combination is: beef + spicy shredded potatoes + stir-fried onions with green peppers + diced raw tomatoes + cheese slices. (I searched for many supermarkets and couldn’t buy sour cream, so I had to give up this ingredient.) )

How to make tacos

Step 1

Heat the pan for ten seconds on each side, or microwave for 30 seconds and set aside on a plate.

After washing the pot, add butter and melt, add beef and stir-fry until half brown and half red, add three tablespoons of soy sauce, three tablespoons of cooking wine, one spoonful of sugar, five tablespoons of water, stir-fry a few times, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat until the juice is dry, add black pepper.

Cut the cheese slices into strips and prepare all the ingredients to serve. (The burrito is not rolled and served, but is eaten by the diner and rolled fresh.) )
