The recipe for Mexican beef tuck

Step 1

Make a vegetable salad first: tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, diced green peppers, chop bitter chrysanthemums, add two tablespoons of salad dressing, appropriate amount of sea salt and black pepper and mix well.

Step 2

Mash the beef fruit one piece, add a small amount of salt, add half a box of yogurt and mix to make avocado sauce.

Step 3

Cut the steak into strips, add an appropriate amount of butter to the pan and fry well, add the black pepper sauce and mix well and set aside.

Step 4

You can also buy ready-made tack skins below. 150g each of cornmeal and white noodles, add a tablespoon of sugar, three eggs, and 250g of milk to make a yogurt-like paste.

Step 5

Adjust the omelette mode in the electric baking pan, put a spoonful of batter spread out into a pancake, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6

The fried cakes are placed on an iron rack and shaped.

Step 7

Tucker skin topped with beef, vegetable salad, and avocado sauce is delicious. I also made a fresh shrimp tuck, and I will send the recipe next time.
