Preparation of quinoa tortillas
Step 1
Pour 100 g of quinoa pastry powder into a basin. Pour in another 100 grams of bread flour, add salt, yeast and olive oil, then pour in warm water and mix well. Stir well and knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Take out the awakened dough and knead it well, divide it into 10 equal small doses, knead it and cover it with plastic wrap for ten minutes

Roll out a small amount of pancakes, about six inches in size, and roll them out as thin and thick as possible.

Preheat the non-stick pan, use low heat throughout the process, add the pancakes and bake until they bulge and turn over.

Brown again until there are a few scorched spots and take it out.

Stack the baked cakes on top of each other, and cover them with a lid or plastic wrap when the last one is baked to prevent them from drying out. Eat it directly or wrap it in a variety of ingredients.
