Step 1

Prepare the ingredients and dice the beef

Dice the onion, dice the carrot, I bought a mini carot, so I didn’t cut it

Marinate the beef cubes with soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and a little black pepper for 15 minutes, peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp line, add salt and cooking wine to marinate

Step 4

I bought ready-made tortillas, if you don’t have them, you can make them yourself from cornmeal

Step 5

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the beef without soup

Step 6

Stir-fry the shrimp with green peppers to turn red

Sprinkle some onions and carrots on the beef, if you like coriander, you can add some coriander, and if you like black pepper, you can also sprinkle some when you eat it.
