Chop finely

Spread mozzarella

Step 5

Bake at 210 degrees for 5 minutes, if the oven is large, you can add a little time, I use the air fryer

Sprinkle with black pepper, if you have sour cream, you can come with a spoonful, it’s delicious!

If the elderly in the family don’t like the taste of milk, the version without mozzarella is also delicious
