How to make Mexican sauce

Step 1

The butter is softened in advance at room temperature, and the low-gluten flour is sifted for later use.

Step 2

Beat the butter with a whisk, add caster sugar, whip to lighten the color and increase in volume.

Step 3

Add the egg mixture in batches, stirring well every time you add it.

Step 4

Add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well.

Step 5

Can be used on bread.

Step 6

To make a chocolate quepote, add 8 grams of cocoa powder, but remove 8 grams of low-gluten flour.
