How to make beer bread

Prepare the ingredients.

In addition to butter and salt, pour Arowana high-gluten flour, Arowana low-gluten flour and other ingredients of the dough into the chef’s machine, and knead the dough at low speed until the dough is relatively smooth.

Add the butter softened in advance, knead at low speed until the butter is completely absorbed, then add salt and knead at high speed until the thick film can be pulled out.

The kneaded dough does not need to be proofed, just divide it into 5 equal parts. I divide into 4 small dough and 3 larger dough.

Fold the divided dough inward and vent.

Roll the round lid and relax the plastic wrap for 2 minutes.

Roll into an oval shape.

Preheat the oven 10 minutes in advance at 200°C, put on gloves again, and soak the formed dough in alkaline water for 20 seconds.

Return to the baking dish again and use a knife to cut the thicker part of the dough.
