How to make vegetable meat rolls

Step 1

Preparation begins. Appropriate amount of minced meat, minced carrots, blanched and chopped shiitake mushrooms, and beaten the tofu into small pieces.

Step 2

Adjust the meat filling. First, mix the meat filling with a little water, then add the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and crushed tofu in turn. Add pepper and light soy sauce, and then add salt, chicken essence and other seasonings according to personal taste.

Step 3

Take a whole slice of cabbage and blanch it. When blanching, put a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt in the water. Cut the carrots into wide strips and blanch them together. Spare.

Step 4
