The practice of vegetable nest head
Step 1
Pick celery leaves (this is the amount of leaves for two large celery)

Boil the water in the soup pot, add a drop of cooking oil (so that the blanched vegetables retain their green color), about 15 seconds.

Blanched celery leaves are cut into small pieces after cold water to dry the water, and the carrots are cut into slices and then cut into small pieces

Put cornmeal and bean flour together in a container

Add salt (or not) to the dough and vegetables and mix well with your hands (wearing disposable gloves).

Pick up a piece of well-mixed dough and roll it into a circle in both palms, gently push it from the bottom with your right thumb, push out a nest, or put the dough in your left hand, knead it into a circle with both hands, and use your right thumb to push out the nest at the bottom

Put it in a steamer, turn on high heat, and change to medium-low heat for 20 minutes

After turning off the heat, open the lid and remove for about 2 minutes. Spread it on the steamer grate with a silicone mat, not sticky at all, very easy to remove.
