The method of vegetable corners

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Add five-spice powder, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and mix well, set aside

Step 4

Divide the awakened noodles into small portions, take a portion and roll it into a noodle sheet, wrap it with filling, wrap it into dumplings, and press the lace on the side

Step 5

Pour oil into the pot, the oil temperature is 60% hot, put the chopsticks in, there are dense bubbles on the side, and that’s it! Put in the corners, fry until golden brown on both sides, remove the oil control, and use kitchen oil paper to absorb excess oil, and that’s it!
