German potato salad

How to make potato salad

Step 1

Wash the potatoes without peeling. Cook and cool for a while and peel them. This will preserve the shape of the potatoes and will not be too noopy. Slice and set aside

Step 2

Take out 6 pickles and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and pour in the cut potatoes. Add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, ground black pepper and mustard and stir well. Pour in 100ml of pickled cucumber water and continue to stir well. After half an hour in the refrigerator, taste best.
