Spanish olive roasted sea bass

On a whim, I made this olive-grilled fish dish, and it was surprisingly delicious

Ingredients for Spanish olive roasted sea bass

PrawnsAmount Spanish black olivesAmount
Spanish green olivesAmount sea bass1 article
scallions1/2 root ginger3 tablets
oil3 tablespoons Soybean paste1 scoop
Wine1 scoop Light soy sauce1 scoop
sugar8 g Chicken powder1 scoop

Recipe for grilled sea bass with olives in Spain

Step 1

Wash the sea bass and remove the internal organs, and cut a few cuts on the fish to help absorb the flavor

Step 2

Slice the green olives, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections

Step 3

Fry the fish in oil until golden brown on both sides

Step 4

Add green onion and ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and soybean paste

Step 5

Add peeled green shrimp, olives, and pour in 600 ml of boiling water

Step 6

Cover and simmer over low heat until the soup is viscous, then sprinkle with chicken powder

Step 7

Put it on a plate and pour the soup over it
