Ingredients for paella

Shrimp shells onions

How to make paella

Step 1

Make seafood soup: grill shrimp shells, redhead fish and vegetables, add sweet red pepper powder and white wine and simmer in a pot over low heat for about 6 hours;

Step 2

Pour olive oil into the pan and add prawns;

Step 3

When starting coloring, remove from the pan;

Step 4

Put rice in the pot, add Red Marc sauce and stir-fry evenly;

Step 5

Add the seafood broth and cook together for 15 minutes;

Step 6

Place prawns when the rice is about to cook;

Step 7

Add snow peas, lemon, chopped celery and minced garlic and bake in the charcoal oven for 5 minutes;

Step 8

Remove, squeeze with lemon juice and done.
