Paella
The famous paella, you can’t stop eating one bite, now you can make it yourself at home, add whatever you like~
How to make paella
Step 1
Material preparation, I have added some cooking wine to the seafood first, or stir-fry it first, mainly because I am afraid of fishy
Step 2
Stir-fry onions and garlic until the onions are transparent (because I don’t eat garlic, so I don’t add garlic here, you can feel free to do so)
Step 3
Add green pepper and stir-fry
Step 4
Add tomatoes and stir-fry until juice
Step 5
Add rice and stir-fry well (in fact, you can put the saffron down here and mix well, otherwise the color will not be evenly enough)
Step 6
Add chili powder and mix well
Step 7
Add wine and cook for a while until the wine evaporates (I brew my own wine)
Step 8
Add broth until the rice is submerged (no more water later, here you need to put enough water at a time)
Step 9
Add various seasonings, salt, pepper, etc. (don’t put seasonings in the back, you need to put enough here). Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the soup is almost gone.
Step 10
Add seafood, you can also add other things you like to eat, such as ham and beans (you can press the seafood slightly into the rice, but don’t turn it over, otherwise it will become mushy…) Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until all the juice is dry
Step 11
The paella is complete~ You can squeeze some lemon juice when eating
Step 12
The rice grains are a beautiful golden yellow color
