minced garlicAmount scallionsAmount
Light soy sauce2 scoops oyster sauce1 scoop
starch2 scoops yolk1
peanut oil2 scoops

Step 1

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 egg yolk, and 2 tablespoons of peanut oil to the Spanish pork ribs for marinating

Step 2

Cut the chili peppers and other small ingredients and set aside

Step 3

Chop the minced green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Step 4

Fry the Spanish pork ribs at 160 degrees

Step 5

Remove the oil control

Step 6

Stir-fry the minced onion, ginger and garlic in another pot until fragrant

Step 7

Step 8

Add salt and pepper

Step 9

Add other ingredients to the pot and stir-fry together

Step 10
