Step 1

Wash the water spinach, chili peppers, and garlic and set aside.

Step 2

Pick the water spinach and remove the older part of the water spinach.

Step 3

Heat the oil first, add garlic and peppercorns, and stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant.

Step 4

Then add water spinach for stir-frying, the heat should not be too high.

Step 5

Add small red peppers, chili dried shrimp paste, add salt when it is about to come out of the pot, and stir-fry the chicken essence properly.
