Fusion cuisine • Bibimbap with rattan pepper hot sauce
I planned to eat bibimbap in the evening and bought the food the day before. In the afternoon, I suddenly received Haoji’s rattan pepper oil and couldn’t wait to try it. So there is this fusion dish – rattan pepper hot sauce bibimbap. Surprisingly, the flavor is unique and delicious! In my eyes, cooking is like experimenting, and many delicious things are inadvertently produced. Be bold to try, create, and experience the fun, cooking is actually not difficult! I hope everyone can enjoy life well.
The method of rattan pepper hot sauce bibimbap
Step 1
Let’s make a bibimbap sauce first! Haoji vine pepper oil, light soy sauce, minced garlic, Korean hot sauce, cooked sesame seeds, salt, mix these seasonings well. It’s salty, but it’s okay, just mix it in the rice.
Step 2
Add an appropriate amount of Sprite and adjust to a thicker sauce. Sprite is added to replace white sugar to increase sweetness, and at the same time has a lemon aroma.
Step 3
Cut the dishes and set aside! I prepared fungus, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and spinach For meat, I used ready-made QQ sausages to save time, which is a must-have for lazy people hahaha.
Step 4
In the pot, pour in the hard-to-cook vegetables and stir-fry them, and then pour in the easy-to-cook vegetables and stir-fry.
Step 5
Rice needs to be cooked in advance, pearl rice tastes better when made into bibimbap. Put the rice in a large basin (yes, it’s the kind of stainless steel basin that is super large in Korean dramas hahaha), put the fried vegetables on it, then pour in the sauce made in advance, and stir evenly! This pot is enough for three people~
Step 6
In the end, I couldn’t help it, but I still got into a small bowl, the big basin was too big to hold hahahaha. There is a saying that Korean bibimbap with rattan pepper oil is really a different taste, with more fresh hemp! I recommend you to try it~
