How to make Inari sushi
Step 1
When steaming rice, prepare sushi vinegar, sugar and salt must be completely melted, and it is easier to melt if heated in the microwave properly. Pour sushi vinegar over the rice while it is hot, draw a cross and stir well, cover with a damp cloth, and let it dry until warm and set aside. (You can wet the kitchen paper and use it as a wet cloth, no need to clean it)

Start cooking fried tofu.

Fried tofu is halved in half, and hot water is prepared at the same time.

Boil the cut fried tofu in hot water for 2 or 3 minutes, remove the excess fat, remove it, rinse it with water, gently squeeze out the excess water with your hands, and set aside.

Pour out the previous hot water, pour all the ingredients for cooking fried tofu into the pot, heat it, add fried tofu, cook over low heat until flavorful, drain the soup, and let it dry until warm, then wrap it in sushi rice.
Step 6
One way is to directly fill the rice with fried tofu, and the other is to first knead the rice into a moderately sized oval rice ball, and then put the rice balls into the fried tofu to wrap it.
Cooking techniques for Inari sushi
1. The rice should be steamed harder, and sushi vinegar should be poured afterwards, so the water should not be too much. 2. The “1 spoon” in the material refers to a 15ml size measuring spoon, among the ingredients for cooking fried tofu, if there is no juice at home, it is okay not to put it, if there is, it tastes better if there is. Sugar: Soy sauce: Mirin: cooking wine = 3:2:1:1
