Pumpkin soup, one of the French boutique soups
In winter in France, people like to drink a bowl of hot vegetable soup to drive away the cold and supplement the nutrition of a variety of vegetables at once. Specializing in treating all kinds of people who don’t like to eat vegetables, children and adults love it! The old people love to tell their children: Drinking thick soup will make you taller~ There are many pairings of thick soup, and the methods are actually similar. Mostly wash, cut, boil, and finally use the machine to make a soup puree, add a little salt and black pepper according to taste when eating, and add a small piece of butter while it is hot! Influenced by my mother-in-law, I also like to throw the vegetables into the pressure cooker and press them for 15 minutes, and then puree them directly. In fact, home-cooked vegetable soup is very simple, most of them can be based on potatoes and onions (or green onions), and then paired with some other vegetables, basically not too bad.
The recipe of pumpkin chowder soup
Step 1
To prepare the ingredients, the addition of potatoes adds to the delicate taste of the soup. Chives are actually just the last embellishment and flavor, and if you don’t like it, you can ignore it.
Step 2
All the ingredients are cut into pieces, on the right are 4 kinds of seasonings, salt, vegetable soup cubes, curry powder and black pepper.
Step 3
Put all the vegetables in the pressure cooker, crush the vegetable soup cubes and put them in.
Step 4
Add 200 ml of water and press in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Step 5
After pressing, it is poured out with water and pureeed with a machine. The cooking stick I use, if it has a wall breaker, it will be the best, and the taste will be more delicate.
Step 6
Put the soup in a bowl and add a little salt and black pepper (the soup is already salty, so be sure to add less or no salt). Sprinkle with a pinch of chives and pumpkin seeds for added flavor, it doesn’t matter if you don’t. Before drinking, throw a small piece of butter in while it is hot, and if you like a rich taste, add a spoonful of whipped cream. Mix well and drink it hot~
