French delicacy – yellow mustard pie
My mother-in-law has been busy since she was young, and her cooking time is limited, so the food is not very delicious. But the mustard pie she made was my favorite, so I learned it. This is what I often do when I want to be lazy, fast and easy to do, and my husband and baby like it. Share with everyone~

Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a large cooking bowl, mix them with chopsticks to form a dough, and then knead it slightly with your hands to form a ball (no need to knead more). Place on a sheet of oven grease paper.
Step 2
Roll it into large slices, slightly larger than the pie bottom mold.
Step 3
Pie plate into the mirror
Step 4
Spread the dough sheet into the pie tray, arrange the edges by hand, and point the holes with a fork. Cut off excess oil paper.
Step 5
Preheat the oven at 250 degrees in advance, put it in the pie plate and bake for about 4 minutes, just slightly yellow like in the photo, not too much. Remove.
Step 6
Prepare the filling when baking the pie base

Step 12
Fry two eggs at the same time, bake and spread on top (egg yolk is best half-raw). It’s delicious when eaten hot or cold.
French delicacy – cooking tips for yellow mustard pie
France has ready-made ham slices, which is more convenient. I thought it would be a good idea to use high-quality luncheon meat and cut it into thin slices instead.
