Pattern of blueberry French toast
I had nothing to do at home, thinking about the different ways to make French toast. At Christmas, my sister-in-law made a relatively new French toast, which tasted very good. I was going to do it, but I felt that it was not beautiful enough, so I updated it. This one is beautiful and delicious. This recipe is for two people.

Step 1
Dig out a rectangle in the center of the bread, remove the contents of the bread, and be careful not to dig through. The dug out bread is slightly torn.
Step 2
Beat two eggs, add milk, orange juice, cinnamon powder, sugar, salt. Beat well with eggs. Pour crumbs of bread and fresh blueberries into the egg mixture. (I forgot to take a picture after adding blueberries).
Step 3
Pour the bread soaked in egg wash and blueberries back into the bread.
Step 4
Then sprinkle with a layer of brown sugar.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F, add a few pieces of butter on top, and wrap the noodles in foil, leaving only the part in the center where the egg wash is soaked. Wait until the oven is hot enough to set the temperature and bake the bread in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Step 6
The bread is baked like this.
Step 7
Cut into pieces, pour a little maple syrup over and eat.
