Recipe for French toast with blueberries

Step 1

Start by making a blueberry filling. Put the blueberries in a small pot, add sugar, salt, and water, and cook until the blueberries burst, but there are still some whole blueberries.

Step 2

Remove the edges of the bread, quarter and cut into triangles.

Step 3

Beat the eggs, add sugar, vanilla flavor, and milk. Beat well with eggs. Coat the bread generously with egg mixture.
